Alana Poland has a strong background in the mining, civil and construction sectors. This has included machine operating, administrative and mobilisation roles. Alana has experience as an Employment Development Specialist in the Midwest region where she strengthened her passion for generating positive outcomes for local aboriginal people through employment opportunities and development. Alana has identified an opportunity to combine her skill sets and passions with her strong networking connections in the Metropolitan area as well as the Midwest, Pilbara and Kimberley regions of Western Australia. Our aim is to improve training and entry-level employment opportunities for local Aboriginal people.
