Qualifications/experience

The House of Dorizzi combines practical industry experience, product knowledge and commercial capability across our personal care, coffee and food product ranges.

Co-Founder Katie Dorizzi has previous professional hairdressing experience, providing practical knowledge of professional hair care, including shampoo and conditioner products, their application and the importance of quality and performance for the end user.

Our founders have undertaken a professional barista training to further strengthen our knowledge of coffee preparation, extraction, equipment and service. This complements our Australian-roasted House of Dorizzi Coffee range and supports our ability to work confidently with commercial customers using whole-bean and coffee pod systems.

Our Australian-made personal care range is produced through established Australian manufacturing and supply partners and includes Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Body Lotion. We have developed our commercial model to support both presentation bottle supply and larger-volume refill requirements for accommodation, workplace and commercial facilities.

Our broader product knowledge extends to Australian food seasonings and workplace beverage supply, including coffee, tea and drinking chocolate.

The House of Dorizzi is structured to support recurring commercial supply and larger-volume orders, with a focus on reliable supply, responsive customer service and building long-term business relationships.

Previous work and brief description

The founders of The House of Dorizzi bring previous experience in operating and managing a customer-focused food and beverage business, including day-to-day operations, purchasing, stock management, supplier relationships, customer service and product delivery.

This previous business experience included working within commercial supply environments and has provided practical experience in managing product quality, inventory, customer requirements and reliable service.

The House of Dorizzi builds on this experience through a new Australian product supply business focused on recurring commercial supply of coffee and hot beverages, personal care and bathroom amenities, and Australian food seasonings.

The House of Dorizzi operates through an established Australian manufacturing, roasting and supply network.

Our supply capability includes access to Australian manufacturing facilities for our personal care range, professional Australian coffee roasting and packaging capability, and established Australian production capability for our food seasoning range.

Our supply model enables The House of Dorizzi to provide both standard and larger-volume commercial orders without relying solely on small-scale in-house production.
